Community Enrichment Center Project
The Four Rivers Project was gifted with an historic building that has stood since 1909, located at 1001 E. 26th Street in Norfolk, Virginia to rehabilitate for the purposes of serving disenfranchised residents - children & adults - whose lives are affected by social, economic and educational deprivation as well as incarceration. In this building we will host multiple programs & activities to serve the community by improving the quality of life through education, access to books, computers, internet and employment support. We are engaging multiple agencies, programs, volunteer and community resources and funding sources.
